No. Styrofoam should be disposed of in regular household trash and not included with recyclables. That includes food packaging and mailing materials that are comprised of styrofoam materials.

There are six holidays that cause trash and recycling pick-ups to be delayed for one day for the remainder of the week after which the holiday falls (unless the holiday falls on a weekend day, in which case there will not be a delay). They are:
