Kingston's assessing agent's name is Catie Walker from Whitney Consulting Group. Data collectors from Whitney Consulting may be out in the field any day of the week during normal business hours. Data collectors, who are out in Kingston, will be out measuring and inspecting properties for various reasons, including but not limited to: New Sales, Permit Checks, Regular Cycle Inspections** and Data Accuracy Reviews. Their policy is to approach a house, knock/ring doorbell to speak with the current occupant. If someone answers the door, they will introduce themselves and state the purpose of the visit.  Data Collectors will have a Whitney Consulting Group name badge and will have a copy of the property card with them. Data Collectors' cars will have magnets on them to clearly identify their purpose. If no one is home, they will proceed to measure the exterior of the property. Data Collectors will not go past fences or open shut gates. If someone underage answers the door they will ask if an adult is available to speak to them and if not, they will leave. If they are unable to access a property, they will estimate to the best of their ability from the road.

If you have a question regarding your assessment or our procedures, please call or email Tori using the contact information on our contact list.
