MS-4 Stormwater Annual Reports

The MS4 Stormwater Management Annual Report is a yearly document that municipalities covered under the EPA’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit must prepare and submit. The report provides a detailed summary of the town’s progress in implementing its Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) over the previous permit year.

The purpose of the annual report is to demonstrate compliance with the federal Clean Water Act and the MS4 General Permit issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and administered in coordination with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES).
