Powwow Pond Water Treatment Notice

Solitude Lake Management will be treating the following public water body in 2026 with EPA/State registered aquatic herbicides in accordance with the Special Permits issued by the NH Division of Pesticide Control. All abutters to the treatment area(s) designated in each permit will be notified of the treatment by certified mail-return receipt and public notices will be published in local distribution newspapers for two consecutive weeks prior to treatment, as required in the Special Permit conditions. These treatments will be performed in accordance with the product labels and the Special Permit issued by NH DPC.
